Identifies Nozzles in Bottles

The Phantom Vent Tube metal detector is primarily designed to detect and track a fallen vent tube nozzle inside a bottle that is conveyed through bottle-processing equipment. The convenient retrofit design allows for easy installation into existing bottling lines.

Built from (304) stainless steel material and is totally enclosed for washdown purposes. The detector phases out the conveyor belt and maintains a steady sensitivity.
